is similar to the bug I reported with surroundwith and also the one reported by
Gary Evesson ([Eap-list] Internal error and exception when using
ctrl-alt-T)
Just
got it again, after the Internal Error the selection is different to what I had
selected before pressing CTRL-ALT-T
