[Eap-list] #609 : Ctrl-F12 list not getting focus

In editor pane, I do a Ctrl-F12.  The window seems to get focus itself but the list does not.  I can't hit enter or use arrow keys to move up/down list to select.  First I have to click into list and then I can do these things.
