I have a class with a private field that is initialized at its declaration. The field is later used in an internal method of the class, yet the "intent daemon" marks it as a field with no usages found. When I create accessor methods for this field, the message goes away. This seems a little silly, given that the field is strictly used for internal state, and not meant to be used outside of the class.
