This started in 608 and is still there in 609 but reacts differently.
I like to see jar files in the project list because I have some tools I can run against them. So in File Types, I associate Text files to jar extension. With build 608, I could see the jar files but when I went into the project properties and tried to add a new jar to classpath. It no longer shows any jar files in the directory tree. If I remove the association and restart I can see the jar files.
With build 609, I can set the association and still not see the jars directory tree but now I cannot see it in the association when I go back to ide options. I restart and it has removed the jar association for me.
