The run dialog is still coming up at a size larger than my screens size! (I've had similar problems with the Messages/Debug/Run windows when undocking).
In this case, the hardware acceleration on OS X is f#@$'ing up the window's contents - I think it's because the window is bigger than the screen though.. It would be very nice if there was a check before show() to check for screen boundaries, or something to that effect?
