Win2k sp1, jdk 1.3.1_02, build #609:

Unindenting after a Select-All is broken (for me, at least). Steps to
reproduce:

1) Create a text file, and put several lines of text in it with some lines
that start at various levels of indentation.

3) Do a Select All (CTRL-A)

4) Unindent the selection by typing SHIFT-TAB.

Notice that the text does get unindented one step, but then becomes
deselected and further presses of SHIFT-TAB either: a) are entirely ignored
if the line line in which the cursor is located can't be unindented any
more, or b) affect only the line in which the cursor is located.

Even *stranger* is if you try to fix the de-selection by doing a Select All
again: all the text won't *appear* to be selected (usually only one line
appears selected for me, but sometimes 2 NON-contiguous lines--I've also
noticed that if I switch applications at this point and then come back to
IDEA that the text suddenly appears all selected), but if you try to
unindent again then all the text does indeed get unindented one step (and
then it's back to the same broken behavior shown above).

Weird.

thanks,

chris
