Hi!

I noticed that there are three different kinds of how interaction is possible
in the popup windows.

live templates, autocompletion
Here you can begin to type and the list is narrowed down. This gives the
fastest access. Mouse and cursor navigation is also possible

recent files
only mouse and cursor navigation

surround with
Access by mouse, cursor or by typing in a number

I would like to have all the mentioned popup windows to have the same behavior
as the live templates and autocompletion ones. Especially the "surround with"
is strange. Here one has to learn the codes to use this efficiently. When I
press Ctrl-Alt-T I know with what I want to surround the selection. So when I
want to surrond it with a synchronized-block, it would be natural to type
an "s" after the Ctrl-Alt-T. But now I have to look, which codenumber is the
right and type this in. I know there will be some of you saying, "I know all
the codes and it's pretty efficient for me". Others will remember those old
times where expert codes where used in many applications. I say "Expert codes
are evil". A modern app should support what is natural. Thinking "9", when
surrounding a selection with a surround-block is not natural. The codes should
stay an option for those expert-codes-fans.

By saying that all popup windows should have the same bahavior as the live
templates window, I don't think this change should affect the sorting of the
list. For example it would be useless to sort the "recent files"-popup
alphabetically. But when I type in a "B" here, I could get a list of Files that
start with "B" and have the most recent B-file at the top of the list and the
least recent at the bottom.
