Title: 609: bug/unintuitive behavior in cvs pane -> hide up to date files

I've been using the "hide up-to-date files" feature in the cvs pane, and I love the way it prunes unapplicable directories from the tree.  But I notice that it only shows directories with files that are added or updated.  It will prune a directory that contains removed (but not committed) files.  It will also prune directories which contain uknown or missing files (even though I'm not hiding them).  I would expect the cvs pane to prune directories which contain _only_ up-to-date files.  This would make it more useful for selecting files for committing.

Also, "Hide Up-to-date files" is a little misleading, as it implies that it will hide files which are in sync with the latest repository revision.  Perhaps "Hide Unmodified Files" would be better.

Thanks.
