I suggest that the Browse Type Hierarchy command be widely available in contextual menus.
For example, and in particular, I find myself looking for this command in the context menu when I have the tree node for the type selected in the Structure view. I also sometimes look for it in the context menu for the tree node that groups overriding methods or implementation methods.
