Title: RE: [Eap-list] typo

The typo is more specifically a double negative.
The statement could instead be any of these:
"Parameter m is used in neither this method nor any of its derived
methods." (a little confusing, but proper)
-or-
"Parameter m is neither used in this method nor any of its derived
methods."
-or-
"Parameter m is not used in either this method or any of its derived
methods."
