Let's say you have a project loaded and a process running. If you close the project you get a question to shutdown the process before closing the project. Now, if your hit cancel the process termination is canceled, but not the close project action. I think the correct behaviour of this is to cancel the close project action and not the terminate process action. An easy way out of this is to ask if you want to terminate the process (YES/NO), but I would rather like to cancel the project closing.
