+1, Code cleanup and immediate delete can be to risky,especially because reflection can access methods that "look" like unused but are used.
The abbility to "Comment out" with a tag + a date and time to indicate when it was commented out is a preferable solution for me. I personally would like to have a "Comment out" option additionally to "Remove permanently", so you can decide later (maybe after some days/weeks) to remove the commented out code. Maybe code commented out that way could automatically get a "todo" tag or some "obsolete" tag that works with the announced "TODO list" of Ariadna. This would make finding of such code easier later.
