This happens all the time for me! I first reported this with build 607.

 

I have yet to discover when it happens, but suddenly Generate dosen't works.

I have one halted process, Then I close and open IntelliJ Alt+Ins come to avaiable. But this was disable until restarting IntelliJ application.
