Yes,
i launch with javaw. But i change executable and luange by java - not fixet
troubles - colsole popup and this time too.
BTW,
i write code in perl script for running IntelliJ, maybe somebody be interest
(see attached ZIP). This script run intellij without other console windows. But
you must have installed perl. After unpacking check script and make changes
this your environment settings.

Probably you run IDEA via javaw instead of
java.
