This is my 3rd post regarding this issue.
My problem (ever since tag library recognition was introduced) is with the
importing of JSP Tag libraries - i.e. taglib directives.

I've been trying to make JSP tag completion work but I am positive that
IDEA's TLD Resource Path resolution doesn't conform to the 1.2 spec - is it
meant to?
(I asked this when I first heard that the feature was to be implemented and
the answer was 'yes'.)

Looking at section 7.3.6.3 of the spec, "Usage Considerations", I have set
up my web.xml in the exact same way, even to the extent of usign the same
name for the relative URI path - and it doesn't work.
As far as I can tell, IDEA seems only to support the last example in that
section, which the spec deems as "convenient for quick development at the
expense of less flexibility and accountability."

The whole URI -> TLD Resource Path thing works fine in the servlet engine
(Resin), but IDEA doesn't support what I'm trying to do (which is how the
spec suggests it be done!).
Any suppositions on why, how or when? : )
