The sourcepath has a similar fate. When the ejb-jar.xml file is not in the project directory this field cannot be set. Apart from editing the project file, the only way to set it is to add the directory containing it to the project paths list so the automatic EJB configuration detects it. If the above mentioned directory is then removed from the project paths list, the first access to the EJB group (in the EJB pane) triggers an "Assertion failed" message box. After that, everything seems to work without problems. Win2K, jdk 1.3.1, build 602 Regards, Andrei
