Hello, although I can see the benefits, I personally prefer the email-contact to the developers via mailing list (and I hate web-interfaces). It gives the feeling of a big family.
But another question: does someone successfully setup bugzilla at a intranet (e.g. on an ordinary WinNT/2000 machine)? Or does someone knows another good issue-tracking software?
