I agree that project info should be saved in a different file than 
session info.

But I don't want to have to click "yes save project file" every time I 
do a change to the project. I would trust Idea to do the correct thing.

Although if the files are separated the problem shouldn't arise as 
project info is changed only through the ok/apply buttons of the 
project dialog...
