I still don't have it straight :)

And I'm always doing basic completion -> nothing, smart type-> ...

I don't know if I wouldn't like it even better joining the two: have 
only one completion always do basic + smart type.

If there are too many options to the completion, it must mean that it's 
time to refactor the method/class :)
