nice feature too, but for me not really required ( the order of the tool
windows isn't important for me :) )...
so DnD from filesystem is not planned ?
it would be great help for quick view of classes, which are not contained in
project, and which shouldn't be added to it
(i.e. to compare two files...), the non-project file could be shown with
another color in the title-tab ( compiling and another project-stuff
disabled ).

we are going (at least for the nearest future) to implement DnD for
reordering of tool windows inside
the tool window bars.
