When cached files become out of sync with the hard drive the results are confusing and catastrophic. I never got this problem until the last half dozen builds. It seems like the file synchronization no longer works properly. I get this error whever the file is modified externally (which is all the time). The IDE is virtually unusable for me at this point as I keep losing changes to my files whenever I update from CVS.
