After I do an inline of a private method, the editor is in a broken state for the refactored file. The cursor is visible in the editor and the editor responds to the mouse but not to the keyboard. All of the functions on the toolbar related to editing the refactored class are disabled. To get out of the state I have to switch editing to a different file, then switch back. I've noticed this braindead editor state before on other activities (maybe just other refactorings?) but I was able to pin it down today as happening consistently on the inlining of a simple private method. This is build 616, JDK 1.3.1_02, WindowsXP.
