I've noticed that whenever I change a file and commit it, the file remains blue, indicating that there is some commitable change. I first thought that this was because I needed to "update" the file, to convince CVS that it was unchanged, but performing a CVS update had no impact. When I view the directory using WinCVS, it does not show that this file has been changed.
