Idea doesn't support multiple output paths yet One of the things: javac -d "Output path" ... It seems that it's mandatory, so I don't see a solution for what you want.
IIRC, there was a mail to the list sometime ago saying that the multiple output paths feature is already implemented but lacks the graphical configuration support.
