+1  I find this procedure non-intuitive too.  Furthermore, why is the
*definition* of Required Libraries under Project Properties?  Shouldn't it
be under IDE Options? (a la External Resources and File Types)  I'd find it
much more intuitive to define required libraries under IDE Options and then
add/remove them from a particular project under Project Properties.
