Something like this has been reported before, in a different context, but...
When I use sourround with "{}" template, it does not respect my
formatting rule
to place opening brace on the same line as if statements, etc.
Admittedly, it would have to look at the code that comes before the
selection,
but since that template would most often (for me) be used in the context
of an
"if", that would seem to be important to this functionality.
