I have come across this often enough to annoy me.
Select a refactor option such as rename. The find window shows all the classes to be modified. If some of them are read-only then refactoring will not proceed. However, using the find window to navigate to each file and making all required files read-write still gives the error that some files are readonly when I hit the Do Refactor button. I have to go out and start all over again. Pretty annoying. Should the check for read-only files not be repeated each time the Do Refactor button is hit?
