With the information provided it is difficult to say with any certainty where the problem is, but here's a few ideas.
- Check the job logs of the server and the CGIDEBUG file to see if the program is failing and the next time the program is run it is picking up data from the previous run. - Ensure that the problem is not being caused by "activation group confusion".
