Many thanks to Scott Jarvis, who suggested that I add the iSeries to my IE trusted sites list.  This seems to have done the trick!

Sorry for the cross-post ...

I am preparing to go from V5R1 to V5R3, and so have to convert an "old" HTTP server instance to a "powered by Apache" instance.  In getting started, I went to the admin web page to create an Apache instance to test, but ran into a snag.

http:\\myserver:2001\ brings up the standard "AS/400 Tasks" page.  The "IBM HTTP Server for AS/400" link does not work, however.  The other three links DO work.

--> http://192.168.1.253:2001/QIBM/HTTPSVR/Admin/qzhafrnt.ndm/frontpage   is the link to the HTTP server config.  The error is

Cannot find server or DNS Error
Internet Explorer

I am not sure where to start .. I can't find the config file for the 2001 instance (Apache, I think), and I can't make sense of the path on that URL.  Any help would be appreciated!
