The Apache server occasionally shuts down without notifying anyone. I am running V5R2 and am current with PTFs.
The error log file has the following messages: [Thu Jan 05 11:07:36 2006] [notice] ZSRV_MSG0372: QHTTPSVR/QZSRHTTP: Thread Exception occured: R : t. [Thu Jan 05 11:39:02 2006] [notice] ZSRV_MSG0372: QHTTPSVR/QZSRHTTP: Thread Exception occured: : t. Does anyone have a clue what could be causing this? The joblog for the terminating server instance job had this escape message MCH3601 Escape 40 01/05/06 11:52:58.435536 QZSRAPR QHTTPSVR *STMT QZSRAPR QHTTPSVR *STMT From module . . . . . . . . : ZSRVHELP From procedure . . . . . . : newPoolJob Statement . . . . . . . . . : 15 To module . . . . . . . . . : ZSRVHELP To procedure . . . . . . . : newPoolJob Statement . . . . . . . . . : 15 Thread . . . . : 00000039 Message . . . . : Pointer not set for location referenced. I have seen pointer errors in my code when I try to reference a paramater that hasn't been passed by the calling program but this isn't my code. The server will run for days without this happening and then all of a sudden it just shuts down. Any help would be appreciated.
