Giovanni,

I had the same problem, /websucure was not restored.

After manually restoring it, the install completed successfully.

Note: I looked through the following source memebers:
QREXSRC,INSTALL
QCLSRC,COMPILE
QCLSRC,INSTALL 

and didn't see anyplace where /websecure should have been restored.
