Below is the config file for my first attempt at secure web serving.
When I first go to http:\\myserver\secure\index.html, the server
prompts me for a user id and password.
If I close out my browser then go to
http:\\myserver\web_scgi\test.pgm, my browser immediately show the web
page created by test.pgm without prompting for a user id and password.
Do any of you see anything here?
