[Easy400Group] Radio Buttons

What am I doing Wrong? I'm not getting the parameter passed back to the 
program.

      <label><input type="radio" name="XXAPDOCM" value="M">
      Mail/Carrier</label>
      <br>
      <label><input type="radio" name="XXAPDOCM" value="F">
      Fax</label>
      <br>
      <label><input type="radio" name="XXAPDOCM" value="U" >
      Upload</label>
