We just had an occurrence where one of our CGIDEV2 applications started sending an "Internal Server Error" message on every request .  No changes were made to this application prior to the error starting.  When we restarted the HTTP server instance the application runs in, everything went back to normal and the application started working again.  Applications running on our other HTTP servers were working fine while this error was occurring.

There error in CGIDEBUG is:

WrtSection: Failed when calling QtmhWrStout. Msgid = TCP7531. Message data:

I believe this is a pretty generic message, but we have not been able to find a description for TCP7531.  Does anyone know what this message means or where the description can be found?  Any insights that anyone may have would be appreciated.

Thanks,
Matt

PS - Repost is to fix subject (which I meant to change).
