I just created a subprocedure that wraps a bunch of MMAIL
subprocedures, and I got it to work. Hurrah!

I decided to test something invalid, like a bad email address and
immediately made MailSend fail. Well, sort of.

I get "XXXMAILSND - QtmmSendMail API failed CPF3C17 ".

This is because I used an email address like "none @something.net".
Notice the space. VldEmail likes it. QtmmSendMail does not.

Since I don't really know what a valid email looks like, I don't know
how to fix it. I was hoping VldEmail was the holy grail of email
checkers.
