The error message is a bit non-descriptive here, but what it means is that 
1.13-goalf-1.1.0-no-OFED-20120724.eb should be named 
lzip-1.13-goalf-1.1.0-no-OFED-20120724.eb. 

But in any case, this check only had to happen for dependencies, where now it 
happens for every easyconfig file.

The solution would be to move those 3 lines to robotProcesEasyConfig.
