Hello EasyBuilders, We're proud to publicly announce the location of the next EasyBuild hackathon: Nicosia, Cyprus!
The hackathon will take place on March 11-13th 2013 at the Cyprus Institute in Nicosia, and will focus on adding support to EasyBuild for accelerator-based systems. The program features introductory talks and hands-on exercises, a video conference presentation by NVIDIA giving a sysadmin's view on compiling CUDA software, and two days of coding on accelerator support and easyblocks/easconfigs for new software, with support from two EasyBuild team members (Jens Timmerman and myself). Because of the hands-on character of the hackathon, we limited attendance to 20 people. Therefore, registration is no longer possible (all seats are taken). regards, Kenneth
