I was very content to find that *all* 10 computational biology modules mentioned in slide 41 below have already at least 2 easyconfigs each: http://www.tacc.utexas.edu/documents/13601/99381/IntroToTACC_FINAL.pdf I think progress done in CompBio/BioInfo fields via EasyBuild is very substantial lately, especially when looking at the open PRs each month: https://github.com/hpcugent/easybuild-easyconfigs/pulls I'd like to encourage all folks busy in life sciences -and beyond-, to: a) throw your progress bits in the mailing list, to swap info b) if you write easyconfigs, push them via PR or, on easybuild.experimental; it really helps for next party to take over and prevents double work!
