Hello EasyBuilders,
After an almost complete regression test that brought forward some very minor
(already fixed) bugs, we are ready to release a first release candidate for
EasyBuild v1.7.0.
We will try and make sure that a complete regression test passes without issues
for the final release.
To install EasyBuild v1.7.0rc1, use something like:
easy_install --prefix=$HOME/.local
http://github.com/hpcugent/easybuild-easyconfigs/archive/v1.7.0.x.tar.gz
easy_install --prefix=$HOME/.local
http://github.com/hpcugent/easybuild-easyblocks/archive/v1.7.x.tar.gz
easy_install --prefix=$HOME/.local
http://github.com/hpcugent/easybuild-framework/archive/v1.7.x.tar.gz
(and then set your $PATH and $PTYHONPATH correctly)
If you run into problems with this release candidate, please notify us by
replying to this email or opening an issue.
The intent is to release EasyBuild v1.7.0 this Monday, Sept 2nd 2013.
