[easybuild] EasyBuild conf call (Feb 18th 2014)

Hello EasyBuilders,

The next EasyBuild conf call is planned for tomorrow, Tue Feb 18th 2014, 
3pm - 3.30pm CET.

For now, only one topic is on the agenda, i.e. a brief update of the 
support for format v2 easyconfig files
(mainly what is included in EasyBuild v1.11, and what is currently 
worked on).

Suggestions for other topics are welcome.

As usual, please reply to me if you're planning on participating in the 
conf call.
