Or, use instead --try-software-version=1.14.0 using an older EasyBuild*.eb file
as parameter;
this has worked quite smoothly during the last year, AFAI remember.

IMHO -I am the choice to reduce failure modes- if this is the case
then let's simply avoid sending the attachments altogether ;-)
