This is a friendly reminder to join in on the doodle @

I'll be closing it next Wednesday evening (CET), after which we will
finalize the date.

Hello EasyBuilders,
As was briefly discussed during the EasyBuild hackathon in Basel this
week (I will share a report on that soonish), we would like to
organize a 3-day EasyBuild/Lmod hackathon/workshop in Austin coming
November, shortly before the SC15 conference being held there during
the week of November 15-20.
This would be the first non-European EasyBuild workshop.
To get a feeling of what we have in mind for an event like this, see
the agenda of the hackathon in Basel:
https://github.com/hpcugent/easybuild/wiki/8th-EasyBuild-hackathon .
Our current idea is to make it happen Wed-Fri Nov 11-13 2015, at the
Texas Advanced Computing Centre (TACC) in Austin.
Robert McLay (TACC, Lmod developer) would be able to help out with
local arrangements w.r.t. a suitable meeting room, etc.
As an early poll for interest, and to see whether we should reconsider
what we currently have in mind w.r.t. timing, I've set up a doodle.
If you are interested in participating in an EasyBuild/Lmod hackathon
in Austin tied to SC15, please indicate which days would suit you
w.r.t. travel or agenda conflicts you're aware of already.

Note: this is *NOT* a final registration of any kind, and there are no
obligations whatsoever if you complete the doodle.
It's just an attempt to assess whether there would be sufficient
interest for an event like this.
If/when the dates have been fixed, we will look into setting up some
way of registering for this event.
Any suggestions or remarks are welcome.
regards,
Kenneth
