Hi all,

It seems like nobody has a strong opinion on this, so let me just move forward with a doodle to plan a time for tomorrow's conf call:

If you're interested in joining the conf call tomorrow, please fill out the doodle.

OK, seems like the regular time slot of 3pm - 3.30pm CET works out well for the people that can make it, so let's keep it at that.

Next EasyBuild conf call: tomorrow Wed May 26th 2015, 3pm CET.

Suggestions for topics are welcome.

Maybe we can discuss how we can organize the easyconfigs merge sprint, and who would be joining in.
Plus a (very) early short outlook to what may make it in for EB v2.2.

K.

Kenneth

Hi EasyBuilders,

Due to an agenda conflict this afternoon, I need to move the EasyBuild conf call to a different timeslot (or cancel it, which I'd prefer not to).

In fact, it would be easier if we moved the time slot for future EasyBuild conf calls as well, to better fit my schedule (since I'm usually chairing the conf calls).

Planning the conf calls on Wednesdays (every other week) would be a perfect fit for me, since I have an 'EasyBuild Wednesday' each week (i.e., a day on which I plan to only spend time on EasyBuild-related tasks).

Maybe moving the time of the conf calls is also desirable, since 3pm CET is smack in the middle of the afternoon for most people attending. I don't want to move it much earlier in the day however, so some of the North-American people can still join in.

Would 5pm CET work out OK for the people who regularly join the conf calls, or would that be too late/impractical? Should I set up a doodle to figure out a time slot that works best? Maybe even set up one for every conf call, since the best time slot may differ?

Kenneth
