We have both OpenBLAS/0.2.13-GCC-4.9.2-LAPACK-3.5.0 and
OpenBLAS/0.2.14-GNU-4.9.3-2.25-LAPACK-3.5.0 installed on CentOS 7, so
I'm wondering what kind of problems you're running into...
I strongly suggest you look into the foss/2015b toolchain (which is
GCC+OpenMPI+OpenBLAS+LAPACK+FFTW), which is included with the latest
EasyBuild versions.
