That is all still very much a work in progress.
We've added basic XL support for Power7 into
EasyBuild. With a lot of coaxing from hand-built
modules and lots of aliases, I can use EB to build
some basic things for the BG/Q but it still has a
long way to go to be usable by others.
Probably the next thing I'll work on is creating a
framework/compiler/bggcc.py that extends the
gcc.py file in that directory and changes things
like "gcc" to "powerpc64-bgq-linux-gcc". With that
would be all the other things needed for the framework.
Then I'd likely do the same for the XL compilers.
But, AFAIK, I'm the only one working on this at
the moment and our office has been overwhelmed
of late. I know Markus Geimer there at Jülich
expressed some interest before SC15, but I
don't think he's working on it at all.
I'd recommend you look at Todd Gamblin's SPACK for now.
I haven't tried it yet (I should), but he claims it works
on the BG/Q at LLNL (and I have no reason not to believe him),
so you'll likely have better luck with that for now.
