Hi Jack,

This is very timely, for me.

As I mentioned on IRC, one of our groups has stated that they want *all* of 
Bioconductor available on our new system.

I wonder whether your approach is the best I’ve seen so far for dealing this 
this.

I think it will actually be easier to deal with the individual package 
dependencies this way, rather than in a single, very large bundle file, as we 
have for Bioconductor at the moment.
