Kenneth,
thanks for supporting my idea. It has been very helpful to see how you use EB
at UGent and I am curious to know more about other centers.
When we will reach production I will certainly contribute to the section.

Hello guys,
We are experimenting with EB to figure out the best way to use it in our
cluster environment. One of the (very good) things about EB is that it is very
flexible and each center can adopt a different strategy to build software via
EB. This is pretty evident in this mailing list.
It would then be very helpful for new centers that are planning to deploy
software with EB to have a section of the documentation that collects
configuration and use cases from multiple centers that already adopt EB in
production.

This is an excellent idea!
I have been wanting to add a list of sites that are using EasyBuild to the
documentation, but I never got around to it...

Your proposal takes that one step further, and I think you're right, this would
be very valuable for other sites, both newcomers and people already using
EasyBuild for a while.

I spent some time on putting this together, and fleshed out a page for
HPC-UGent already which can be used as example.

See https://github.com/hpcugent/easybuild/pull/264.
Please take a look, and let me know what you think.

If anyone want to add a page for their site as well, please send me it to me
one way or another (a pull request, via mail, etc.).

regards,

Kenneth

Have a great weekend!
