Hello all, I don't know you but I would find very useful to have some introductory comment on the patch files that explain what it actually does. For example I am trying to build numpy 1.11.2 with GCC 5.4.0 and most of the easyconfig files in the default repo use some patch files to use MKL. I am having some hard time understanding the reason for all those changes...
