Hi Maxime, At JSC we install NAMD in a directory that belongs to the namd group. Access to others is not allowed. To add users to that group they have to send us proof that they acquired a license. I believe there is also an arrangement to communicate with the NAMD developers which users have access to the software, even though I might recall wrong and that might be for another software.
