Hello, I want to find out if anyone has OpenMPI configured with LSF. If so I have a few questions.
1. Is LSF installed in a non-standard path? If so do you have LD_LIBRARY_PATH set for LSF_LIBDIR in your OpenMPI module file. 2. The profile.lsf sets up environment variable below, though it doesn't set LSF_LIBDIR in LD_LIBRARY_PATH if its in a non-standard path. LSF_SERVERDIR=/hpc/grid/lsfhpc1p/9.1/linux2.6-glibc2.3-x86_64/etc LSF_LIBDIR=/hpc/grid/lsfhpc1p/9.1/linux2.6-glibc2.3-x86_64/lib LSF_BINDIR=/hpc/grid/lsfhpc1p/9.1/linux2.6-glibc2.3-x86_64/bin LSF_ENVDIR=/hpc/grid/lsfhpc1p/conf I had an issue building HDF5 with OpenMPI which was running into an error with libbat.so See previous email. I am having trouble getting this build and for some reason FC is set to mpifort which should not be the case. Any ideas how to fix this problem.
